Tazzyladyz Tagz: PTU CT Tag ♥ Barbara

I am showcasing a stunning art tube by Vi Nina called "Barbara". The tube has 12 colors for the dress layer and includes a close up layer. What a beauty! You can purchase it at her store HERE. I am also featuring a matching kit by All Dolled Up called the same. The kit contains 145 elements, 8 frames and 20 papers.
