PTU CT Tag ♥ Lady Winter

I am showcasing the stunning art tube by Kiya Designs called "Lady Winter". What a beautiful tube. It has the winter ball and a shadow on separate layers. You can purchase this lovely at her store HERE. I am also featuring a matching kit by Savage Dezines called the same. It contains 100 elements and 15 papers. It has a pretty color palette of shades of blue, white and a hint of green. It has all kinds of wintery elements. You can purchase it at All Dolled Up.
