PTU CT Tag ♥ Cool Blue

I am showcasing the beautiful scrapkit called "Cool Blue" by ShelleyLynn Designz. What a beautiful kit this is! It contains 121 elements, 12 frames, 10 papers, 2 wordart and a bonus cluster frame. It has a pretty color palette of shades of blue, white, silver, with hints of green and yellow. It has lushious elements to design with!
