PTU CT Tag ♥ Freya

I am showcasing a beautiful art tube called "Freya". What a gorgeous art tube! It has 12 colors for the dress, 3 different color hair options and the flower crown is on separate layers. I also used a stamp from Kiya Designs "Vintage Stamps Pack 1" available Designs by Kiya. I livened up the tag with a brilliant floral animation from "Animation Pack 132" by Kiya Designs.
