PTU CT Tag ♥ Sandy

I am showcasing a stunning art tube by Vi Nina called "Sandy". What a beautiful tube just perfect for those school tags you want to make. It is a multi-layered tube with 4 colors for the skirt. Additional layers are the stockings, belt and striped tie. You can purchase this beauty at Vi Nina Tubes. I am also showcasing a matching kit by Wicked Diabla Designs called the same. It contains 115 elements and 10 papers. It has a lovely color palette with all kinds of colors to work with. It has all sorts of school related elements to design with.
