PTU CT Tag ♥ Witch 3

I am showcasing the stunning art tube by Vi Nina called "Witch 3". What a gorgeous Halloween tube this is! It is a multi-layered tube with 10 colors for the dress and includes a close up layer. You can purchase this beauty at Vi Nina Tubes. I am also featuring a matching scrapkit by Wicked Diabla Designs called the same. It contains 90 elements and 10 papers. It has a wonderful color palette and packed full of lush flowers and Halloween elements to design with. You can purchase the kit at Wicked Diabla Designs. I livened up the tag with two brilliant animations from Sophisticat Simone. One is from "Animation Pack 328" available at CDO and the other from "Animation Pack 329" also available at CDO.
